JCube Residence to Complement Singapore Government’s Plans for Jurong Lake District

Singapore’s Jurong Lake District (JLD) is set to become the largest mixed-use business district outside the city centre and a key part of the country’s economic growth. The Singapore government has been making efforts to develop the area, and JCube Residence is the latest addition to the district.

JCube Residence is a joint venture between City Developments Limited (CDL) and Hong Realty (Private) Limited. It is a 5-storey, 158-unit residential development that is located in the heart of the Jurong Lake District. The total cost of the project is estimated to be around S$330 million.
